PRESCRIPTION VERIFICATION

How do I submit my prescription?
Our prescription upload tool is available after checkout. You can also submit a photo or scan of your valid prescription via email.

What if my prescription has expired?
We are unable to fulfill lens orders without a valid prescription. Please make sure you have an unexpired prescription written by a certified optometrist.

How do I obtain a prescription?
​
We recommend seeing an optometrist annually for an eye exam to ensure the most accurate prescription. Please contact us for additional assistance on how to obtain a prescription.

PUPILLARY DISTANCE (PD)
​
How do I submit my Pupillary Distance?
​
Write in the pupillary distance (PD) directly onto your prescription. PD information is not automatically included on your prescription. Please ask your doctor for a PD measurement at the time of your exam.

What is a PD?
​
Pupillary Distance or "PD" refers to the distance in between the pupils of your two eyes (in millimeters).
​
Why do I need to include a PD?
​
PD is absolutely essential for making sure your lenses are positioned directly in front of each eye. Having the correct measurement will ensure vision through the glasses is exactly as your doctor intended.
​
How do I measure PD?
​
There are many websites and apps available to help you measure your PD. While these may work for some individuals, we recommend obtaining an accurate PD measurement from a licensed eyecare professional. Please contact us for additional assistance on how to obtain a PD.

How much is shipping?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders!
​
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Therefore you can expect to receive your order in 4-7 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for prescription lens orders.

Where is my package?
As soon as your glasses are verified, we’ll ship them to your address with a tracking number for your package.
​
Do you deliver internationally?
Sorry, we are not currently taking international orders at this time. Please email us heye2020@gmail.com if you are interested in ordering from your own country.

CANCELLATIONS
​
We gladly accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped or produced.​ If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via chat or by sending us an email to heye2020@gmail.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES*
​
In the event you are not happy with the glasses you selected (color or model), we offer a one-time return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Due to the highly customized nature of prescription lenses, orders with prescription lenses are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if deemed defective or if the prescription was determined to be incorrectly made.
